The lawyers at Anderson & Riddle have been representing clients in civil litigation for 28 years. Anderson & Riddle LLP emerged out of a former firm started by Geffrey W. Anderson in 1997. Since that time, the firm successfully handled civil litigation and appeals in Texas, California, Washington, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arizona. The firm has been lead counsel in most of the counties in Texas as well as all of the Federal Districts.

Although the firm has extensive experience in aviation litigation across the country, it has handled cases of all types including securities fraud, corporate governance, director and officer liabilities, shareholder and partnership disputes, structural defects and civil rights. Professional Association & Bar
Current and former members of the firm have always been involved with the local and state bar organizations in leadership roles. Members of the Firm have served as directors of the Tarrant County Bar Association, President of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers, Director of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers and as Trustee for the Texas Bar Foundation. Community Involvement and Charity

Appellate Practice
The Firm’s breadth of experience in its appellate practice equals its litigation practice in types of cases and geography. The Firm has successfully handled appeals in the Court of Appeals for the 14 different appellate districts in Texas as well as the Texas Supreme Court. Additionally, the Firm has handled appeals in the state courts of appeal of other states and the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Courts of Appeal for the United States of America.
