Kristin focuses her practice on aviation litigation, business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, international litigation, personal injury defense, and products liability litigation. Kristin offers comprehensive legal services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Kristin has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts. She is licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Kristin has also had the opportunity to practice in other states including Oklahoma, Hawai’i, and Ohio. She has earned recognition for her contributions to the legal profession, including being named a Texas Super Lawyer and Fort Worth Top Attorney multiple times.
Born and raised in Texas, Kristin graduated from Texas Christian University and received her degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Business Law. Kristin also studied at Oxford University as part of OU Law’s study abroad program in Oxford, England.
Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys anything outdoors with her dogs, baseball games, playing kickball, and traveling.
