Brian J. Brandstetter is an experienced and accomplished trial attorney. Throughout his 42 years of practicing law, he has been lead counsel in over 100 jury trials in 15 counties throughout Texas. He has tried cases involving general negligence, premises liability, workers compensation, non-subscriber liability, DTPA, discrimination, and business disputes, some involving death or catastrophic injuries. Mr. Brandstetter has also handled multiple appellate matters, including successful appeals to the Texas Supreme Court. He was both trial counsel and appellate counsel on the seminal premises liability case of Keetch v. Kroger, prevailing at the trial court, appellate court, and Texas Supreme Court levels.
He attended Baylor Law School where he served as an Associate Editor of the Baylor Law Review. He has been recognized by Fort Worth Texas Magazine as one of Tarrant County’s top lawyers, and by Texas Monthly Magazine as a Texas Super Lawyer. He is AV-Rated (Preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell.
